1. Inflate the Balloon with Helium adding Ribbon and a suitable Weight.
2. First and second coats your Personalised Message using a 8mm Balloon Writing Pen - in a colour of your choice - See Balloon Artistry.
3. Once the paint is dry - Outline your Writing in a Contrsting Colour - using a 5mm Balloon Pen. This defines your Message and Decoration.
