How to make your own 34 ” Fluff “ Personalised Foil Balloon
1. Inflate the balloon and tie to ribbon and to a weight.
2. First & second coat your Personalised Message, using an 8mm Balloon Writing Pen - see Balloon Artistry.
3. Outline in a Contrasting Colour, using a 5mm Balloon Pen. This defines your Message and Decoration.
4. Heat up a"Cool Melt Glue Gun" to temperature required and measure correct length of fluff (Marabou) - (see Balloon Artistry) - to fit around the balloon.
5. Carefully glue the marabou fluff to the Balloon (take care as the glue will become hot). YOU HAVE CREATED A BEAUTIFUL 34” PERSONALISED FLUFF BALLOON!!!!!!!

1. Inflate the balloon and tie to ribbon and to a weight.
